- What if I don't have a 23andMe or Ancestry export?
- You can ingest raw VCF, WGS, or SNP-array files from any provider — or upload a blood-panel PDF on its own. The dashboard works on any single data source; concordance just gets richer as you add more.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. One click in settings. Your data stays accessible on Free forever; if you also want to delete it, that's one more click. We don't sell, we don't train, we don't retain after deletion.
- Is my data ever sold or used to train AI?
- No. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256), accessed only by you, and never used in any model training set. Concordance runs entirely on your record — there's no 'cohort pool' it joins.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. bioArc surfaces patterns and cites peer-reviewed sources. It explicitly does not diagnose. Every finding ends with 'discuss with your physician' — and the PDF report is built to print and bring to your appointment.
